The Directors are also directors of SecureX Sales Limited which trades on the Internet and World Wide Web as

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully - in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will never send unsolicited eMail to you at any time nor will we divulge your eMail address to any other party. If you believe that you have received unsolicited eMail – Spam -  as a result of your contact with us, we ask that you inform us immediately 

Why We collect Information

We need to collect certain information about you for two reasons: firstly, to enable us to  process your order and secondly, to ensure that we provide you with our best possible service.

The only personal or sensitive information we need to collect from you is:-

We will not require any further information about you.

Any information we hold will have been provided by you and should be accurate and up to date. You may check the information that we hold about you by eMailing us. If you find any inaccuracy we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information collected by us will be held securely in accordance with our own security policy and the Data Protection Act 1998.

We use computer technology to record any order or purchase details and track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. When possible we use a "cookie", a type of note which is stored on your computer and passed to our computer when you log on,  to enable us to identify you.

DELIVERY POLICY

Incorrect and Damaged Items

If an item has been incorrectly supplied or received damaged then all you need to do is contact us and we will then arrange collection of the item free of charge.

Upon receipt of the item and confirmation of the position we will refund the full value and any carriage costs.

Delivery - UK Orders

All orders for delivery within the U.K. will be dispatched via TNT courier service.

Providing stock is available we aim to dispatch all orders received by midday on any working day, for delivery before 5.30pm  on the next working day. 

·         Orders received by midday on Friday should be delivered by 5.30 pm on Monday.

·         Orders received after midday on Friday but before midday on Monday should be delivered before 5.30 on Tuesday.

We will advise you by eMail when the goods are dispatched and when they should arrive.

If stock is not available or we are unable to dispatch the goods as indicated we will advise you immediately indicating the expected delay and give you the opportunity to wait for the ordered goods, to cancel the order or to order the nearest alternative. Except in the case of non-standard goods if you subsequently become unsatisfied with the agreed delivery date you have the opportunity to cancel you order at any time prior to delivery should you wish to do so

TNT will attempt to deliver the goods in their normal way of business before 5.30pm  If they are unable to deliver the goods because there is no one available or suitable to sign you may be required to contact them to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time 

Transport Delays

The world is not a perfect place and delivery dates may be affected by many circumstances beyond our immediate control. A consignment number can be supplied allowing customers to monitor their delivery with TNT but UK customers must allow at least 48 hours from the time of dispatch before contacting us for the consignment number

Special Delivery Requirements

The full cost of any additional delivery requirements or service, weekend delivery, delivery before midday etc. must be borne by the customer

Delivery - International Orders

We endeavor to deliver orders anywhere in the world to the delivery address given with the order. Arrangements for international deliveries will be confirmed by eMail and must be agreed by the customer prior to dispatch.

Where possible we aim to dispatch international orders within 24 hours of acceptance by the customer of our proposed delivery arrangements or any subsequently agreed delivery arrangements.

International Transport Delays

For international orders please allow 15 days, or such lesser time as we may have advised for delivery, before contacting us.

Delivery - Condition of goods

If the goods received appear visibly damaged on arrival, please do not sign for them. If however, you do sign for the goods and on opening the packaging the goods are found to be damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.

All our prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.  Errors and omissions excepted.

GUARANTEE POLICY

Our Standard Guarantee

Unless clearly stated otherwise all products sold by us are covered by our standard 12 month parts and labour guarantee. 

Standard Guarantee Terms

By our guarantee we undertake that if the product proves to be defective, although it has been properly used  (in accordance with any Assembly and Use instructions), during a period of up to one year from the date of purchase it will be repaired, or at Massage Chair Distributors LTD option be replaced, free of charge.

To claim under the Guarantee the customer must return the product to Massage Chair Distributors LTD at his own risk and cost before the end of the one-year guarantee period.

The Guarantee does not cover reasonable wear and tear or damage to any upholstery fabric or leather

The Guarantee does not cover any of the following defects and the customer will be required to pay a repair and delivery charge for any such defects occurring within the one year guarantee period

Guarantee Claims

To return your chair under the guarantee follow the simple instructions outlined in our Returns Procedure

Consequential Loss

Massage Chair Distributors LTD sole liability under the guarantee shall be limited to repairing or replacing the product and any liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind incurred or suffered by the customer due to a defect caused to any other equipment or accessories used with the product or any loss as a result from delay in repair, is excluded.

Your Statutory Rights

Massage Chairs’ Guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights

Our Extended Guarantee.

For most products an extended guarantee in the same terms is available for a period of five years from the date of purchase

CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY

You can cancel your order

Massage Chair Distributors Ltd. try to provide you with as much information as we can about our products so that you can make an informed purchasing decision and will be happy with any product you may buy from us.

In order to give you additional confidence, if within seven working days you wish to cancel or reject the item, for whatever reason, you may do so. This seven day period starts the day after you receive the item and does not include Saturdays or Sundays. The item must remain perfect and unmarked in any way and be made available for collection in it's original undamaged packaging

How to cancel your order

All you need to do is to contact us on 01803 839609 within seven days of receipt  to advise us that you intend to return the product. We will explain our simple return procedure and issue you with a Return Number. We will also send you by post written confirmation and a return form.

We may also arrange with you the easiest and most convenient way for the item to be returned to us..

You must ensure however that the item is then returned to us within 28 days by the agreed method together with the completed Goods Return Form.

Exclusion for Non Standard Products

Products manufactured to your specific requirements i.e. chairs with special cushion colour or fabric, are non-standard products and can not be supplied on a trial or ‘sale or return basis’. Non standard products cannot be cancelled and returned for a refund.

Standard Products Refund Conditions

Where standard products have been ordered in error or are not as expected, Massage Chair Distributors Ltd. may agree to their return for a refund on the following conditions:-

Returns Procedure

To return any item to us you must first contact us on 01803 839609 to advise us that you intend to return the item.

We will need sufficient information from you to enable us to identify the original sales invoice in our records.  The purchasers name, the delivery address and the approximate purchase date should be sufficient.

Once we have identified the item in our records we will explain our simple return procedure and issue you with a Return Number. We will also send you by post written confirmation and a return form.

We may also arrange with you the easiest and most convenient way for the item to be returned to us.

We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit unless agreed previously in writing

 

COMPLAINTS POLICY


Complaints

Any complaints received will be acknowledged within two working days and will dealt with immediately.

We will endeavor to solve any complaint as quickly as possible and will keep you fully informed of any action we are taking to resolve your complaint

Contract

A Contract is formed between you and Massage Chair Distributors Ltd. only when you have received written confirmation that your order has been accepted. Our normal confirmation procedure is to notify you by email detailing your order and our order number.

Governing Law

For the avoidance of doubt the Contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you and Massage Chair Distributors Ltd. will agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
